If you find that an item is missing from your order or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at dateswatches.com. – A photo of the packing slip enclosed in your order
– If applicable, the item you received incorrectly (excluding cases where an item is missing)

We take great pride in our swift order processing, so once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. Typically, orders arrive within 3-5 days after being shipped. However, please note that custom pieces require 15-20 days for creation before they are shipped.

If you’re experiencing a situation where your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, there’s no need to worry. We’re here to assist you. This is a common occurrence, and we have some helpful suggestions. Please check your front door or porch area, mailbox, ask your family members or neighbors, and especially inquire at the front desk or administration office of your residence, particularly in apartment complexes.

In addition, shipping carriers sometimes mistakenly mark packages as “delivered” before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting for a full 3-5 days after the stated delivery date to allow the package ample time to arrive. If the package still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to your local post office to inquire if it was accidentally delivered to a different location or if it’s being held at their facility.

If we determine that a package is lost or missing, we can only provide a re-shipment that consists of exact duplicates of your original order. Modifications or refunds cannot be accommodated in such cases. For international shipments marked as “signed for” but not found, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier.
